We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team at Kingsclere.
Our kitchens offer state of the art equipment with Josper ovens and Rotisseries in each and every kitchen.
Our menus are driven by our Gordon Ramsay trained executive chef Ronnie Kimbugwe who is constantly driving to produce industry-leading menus.
The Successful Sous Chef will be:
- Dedicated to providing excellence in varied and outstanding cuisine
- Display a creative and confident approach to his or her cooking
- Be a natural team leader with a flair for developing from within
- Ambitious with aspirations to become a Head Chef in the near future
- Experienced (minimum of two years) in a high volume brasserie style environment
