January: Start Fresh

January is a month still very much in the depths of winter. Hardy, leafy greens like brussels sprouts and cabbages are bang in season and bring some much-needed nutrients after the Christmas indulgence. I really like roasting my sprouts with a little oil, a splash of pomegranate molasses and a handful of walnuts.
