Bel & The Dragon seek out the best ingredients in the region, not only serving great locally-sourced British food but also going to the trouble of seeking out great locally sourced beers too. So we thought it would be a great idea to join forces with one of London’s most respected brewers, Fuller, Smith & Turner, to offer guests a unique opportunity to taste five beers from their incredible range, alongside three courses that are guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds and demonstrate the versatility of beer.
Furthermore, Fuller’s Head Brewer, George Young, and Bel & The Dragon’s Group Head Chef, Ronnie Kimbugwe, will be present to personally introduce and explain each pairing. With a friendly atmosphere and expert know-how, it promises to be a unique and fun experience. Most importantly, do come hungry… and thirsty…
