The red grouse is widely considered the king of the feathered birds and a much prized ‘bag’. Yes indeed, the Glorious Twelfth is upon us. The first taste of young grouse is one of the sweetest of the year and in homage, Bel & The Dragon will be serving this seasonal delicacy from Wednesday 16th August. Traditionally roasted and accompanied with Braised Red Cabbage, Game Chips, Jus & Bread Sauce, this sublime dish is sure to give a spark to those tastebuds.
