I love British tomatoes which are at their very best in the sun-kissed month of August. They are full of flavour and can take centre stage at any meal. This is the month for a stunning salad of Creamy Burrata & Tiger Tomatoes drizzled with tasty Basil Pesto and sprinkled with Pistachios. Over-ripe tomatoes are brilliant for soups, such as Roast Tomato & Red Pepper with a crunchy Black Pepper Grissini to dip. Both are on our menu this month. Yum.
