April: Go Wild For Wild Garlic

As the ground begins to thaw and signs of spring peep through, lots of lovely new produce becomes available, none more so that fragrant wild garlic. You have probably smelt it while walking through a wood or forest in spring – that waft of garlic you can’t quite place. A simple wild garlic pesto is delicious on top of soups, stirred through pasta or with grilled chicken thighs, or why not add some sprigs of it to a creamy chicken & leek pie?
