At Bel & The Dragon, we always celebrate the seasons. Here is just a selection of things to look forward to this spring – the countdown to summer has officially begun…

NEW SEASONAL MENUS

Asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, broad beans, rhubarb & strawberries are a few ingredients that spring to mind – no pun intended – and all will be making an appearance on our menus this May.

Our May Supper Club showcases a number of the Côtes de Provence appellation’s star varieties, including the light & refreshing Château Rosé de Léoube – what could be more synonymous with spring?

Step out of the kitchen and into the garden. Our Big Green Egg Barbecues take place weekly on Sunday & Monday evenings from 1st May at Bel & The Dragon Cookham, Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere & Bel & The Dragon Reading.

PIZZA ALFRESCO

Our wood-fired pizza oven is also back for a third year running at Bel & The Dragon Churt. Make your way to the garden on Fridays from 4pm and on Saturdays & Sundays from 12pm, for a taste of the great outdoors.
