Describe Bel & The Dragon
Bel & The Dragon has a unique energy which would be difficult to replicate. The balance of many facets produces a natural synergy but its seeming simplicity is deceptive. Trust me, I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years.
Describe your role at Bel & The Dragon
First impressions count. We all know that. Fortuitously, I have always been a stickler for standards. Having consistent guidelines, training & procedures are of utmost importance in any smooth operation and it is my responsibility, as Talent Manager, to ensure that these are in place. They empower us as a team and enable us to create exceptional experiences for each & every guest. At the end of the day, people are the priority – both our guests & our employees.
What do you enjoy about your role?
Bel & The Dragon is a great environment to work in and I love the diversity that my role offers. Every day is different and there are always new challenges to overcome. Helping great people achieve great things and seeing them progress within the company is the ultimate reward.
What do you love most about Bel & The Dragon?
Bel & The Dragon brings out the best in its people. The incentive schemes and support network encourage everyone to work hard and seize opportunities. It’s a very welcoming, happy place to be.
Best Bel & The Dragon dish?
The Pink Peppercorn Squid with homemade Sweet Chilli Jam is incredibly moreish and packs a flavour punch. Sadly, it never stays on the plate for long.
Our Espresso Martini combines two of my favourite ingredients – good fresh coffee & Sipsmith Vodka. Perfect for an afternoon or evening pick-me-up.
