Summer is the perfect time to imbibe a light, refreshing cocktail and Sipsmith London Cup is a sublime choice. Bel & The Dragon have a longstanding relationship with Sipsmith, sharing a common appetite for “old meets new” and enthusiasm for local, seasonal ingredients. Like us, they love experimenting with unique flavours and their London Cup is a perfect example combining their award-winning London Dry Gin with infusions of Earl Grey tea, borage, lemon verbena and a whole host of other botanicals.

Enjoy this refreshing cocktail with our compliments and tuck into our
Brunch & Weekend Lunch Menu every Sunday between 12pm – 1pm. Seasonal dishes include our Marinated Figs, Goat Cheese & Serrano Ham with Wild Rice, Rocket & Aged Balsamic or Linguini of Devon Crab & Crayfish with Chopped Parsley, Chilli & Garlic Oil.

Makes one glass

  • 50ml Sipsmith London Cup
  • 100ml Lemonade
  • 1 x Lemon wedge
  • 1 x Orange wedge
  • 5-8 x Mint leaves
  • Strawberry cut into quarters
  • Cubed ice, sprig of mint & cucumber to garnish

Method

Place the fruit in a tall glass or wine glass, add the London Cup and top with cubed ice. Top with lemonade & mix with a long spoon. Garnish & enjoy…
